Available for both ResultsOnDemand – Performance and TotalPerformance deployments, the SumTotal Multi-rater / 360-degree Feedback module makes it easy to enable and use a comprehensive rating system.
Employee assessments become more intuitive. SumTotal’s drag-and-drop interface lets you select and notify raters, conduct assessments, monitor participation, and analyze the data. Raters with multiple assessments to complete can even perform all of their ratings on a single screen.
